1. PURPOSE:

Dragnet is the information system for criminal justice in the Star Citizen universe. It is also the primary reporting tool used by the Stanton Police Department.

Dragnet processes the following record types:

• Arrests

• Incident Reports (police reports)

• Charges

• Bounties

• Warrants
   

All of the above records are publicly available except for Incident Reports which are considered confidential as they are used for ongoing investigations.
 

• Arrest Records, Incident Reports, and Bounties are submitted by the Stanton Police Department (SPD), the law enforcement division of the SJA.

• Lawful organizations which have an alliance with the Stanton Police Department are also able to submit and receive Incident Reports.

• Warrants and Charges are submitted by the Stanton Citizen Court which is the court of the Stanton Justice Assembly.

• Warrants are submitted by SJA Judges while Charges are submitted by SJA Prosecutors.

2. USE

All Arrests and Incident Reports must be reported to Dragnet. The primary ways to report are through the SPD Website (COPS ONLY Section) and through Copbot. Any Arrest or Incident Reports recieved will be valued as Merits and attributed to the officers involved.
