Speak with Authority
You're here to give orders not take em. While engaging in citizen interactions, be civil but use your voice to demand authority.

Follow Procedures
Knowledge is the key to success when working in the SPD. You'll want to know and use the department issued standard operating procedures to be proficent as a member of the department.

Work as a Team
Each officer is expected to communicate effectively with their fellow officers. Communication is a key asset to staying alive while enforcing the law.

Officer and Citizen Safety 
One of the primary objects in dealing in law enforcement is officer safety. You'll need to work with other officers to ensure neither officers nor civilians become injured.

Use Authorized Tech

The SPD makes use primarily of specific technology in order to perform our duties. You will need to master this technology to be proficent in your operations an officer.
